The North choir department hosted its annual Madrigals concert on Dec. 8 and 10.
Titled “The Masked Singer”, the show revolves around the unpopular king and queen who host a singing contest to boost kingdom morale. Soon, they discover their actions and the consequences that follow put them in a sticky situation.
The cast boasts seniors Ben Grobstein as the king, Ella Schuler as the queen, Addison Krychenko as the wench as well as juniors Cayden Hockman as the jester and Liam McManaman as the town crier.
While the seats at the royal table are filled by Northern Voices, the other two after-school choirs, Bassics and Angelics, are seen in the show as performers as well. A madrigal band entertains the patrons throughout the interactive experience.
